Who We Are

Corey Starks, B.A.
Founder & Program Administrator
Corey Starks, in his personal life, is married and is a father to three wonderful children. He and his wife have also been therapeutic-level foster parents for five years, and Corey has worked with young people in the foster care system in a variety of ways.
Corey’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Liberal Arts from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He went on to complete coursework in the Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration program at the same university.
Corey has worked professionally with youth receiving behavioral health care for eight years, including serving as the Education Coordinator for Group Homes at Intermountain Centers for Human Development. He created and facilitated an educational achievement program for at-risk youth in a Level II Therapeutic Group Home. Corey is also the founder of Next Level Recruits, an organization designed to help less-noticed student athletes realize their dreams of one day becoming a college-level student athlete.
Corey knows that every child has a destiny. He has realized great success with the foster children he has worked with in his home and professionally, and he has combined the elements that have caused these relationships to flourish into the core principles of the Starks Homes program.
